Hi, I’m Justin Cicero

I’m a third-generation Eastsider, and I have lived in Kirkland since 2005. For more than 20 years and over 500 closed transactions, I have helped families here buy and sell homes, including many of the hardest moves a family makes.

Part of my career was spent working with HUD, banks, and asset managers on property sales. That work taught me how to handle paperwork, deadlines, and properties that need attention, calmly and on schedule. Today I use that same discipline for families: a parent moving into care, an estate to settle, or a home to sell from out of state.

How I work

You will have one point of contact: me. Behind the scenes, a team handles the details and keeps things moving, and you will always know what comes next.

• I coordinate the move managers, cleanout crews, and contractors so you do not have to.
• I never represent both the buyer and the seller in the same sale.
